Locking the Rear Folding Winnebago Seat in a Eurovan Camper

A quick & easy way to lock your rear folding seat. This is from a 2000 EV Camper.

Parts & Tools

• Steel cylinder of the right size (I used a 17mm socket)
• padlock (MasterLock 510DHC fits)

Notes

• see pictures for installation. Basically, you use a metal cylinder which fits snugly between the latch and the seat frame. This prevents the seat latch from being pulled forward.
• Note: the 2nd picture shows the installation with the seat up -- in actual use the seat must be down when you insert the metal cylinder.
• The padlock prevents the removal of the cylinder.
