Disconnected vacuum hose causing P0171, P1128 and P0102 OBD codes

Our 2000 Eurovan Camper was getting poor mileage (typically 17-18 on the highway, had dropped to 14-15)
Along with this, we had 3 OBD codes:
P0171, P1128 and P0102

It turned out that a major vacuum hose had come disconnected. This was under the engine cover, so it wasn't immediately obvious. What's amazing is that the van ran at all -- this hose is big (about 1/2 inch diameter).
Reset the OBD codes, plugged the hose back in and the OBD codes haven't recurred.
